SHOCKINGLY BAD AND NO SERVICE WAS EVEN ATTEMPTED AFTER TAKING MY MONEY. NEVER AGAIN!! Dropped parcel off at locker as requested. Was told my parcel was to be delivered following day. 7 days later, ended up contacted the people who run the lockers to find parcel had been looked at and LEFT IN THE LOCKER!!!!!! No contact other than an automated chat etc. Company to collect was HERMES supposedly but no luck there either. Collected parcel from locker myself exactly as left in the first place. Ended up using parcel force. WILL NEVER USE PARCELCOMPARE OR HERMES AGAIN. Fraudulant company. I'm a total of £31 out of pocket now but at least I know my parcel will be delivered.
