Parcel collected on 7th December and was due for delivery by 23rd at the latest. It took 9 days to get from northwest to London then sat going nowhere til 26th, thanks parcel compare, it was a Christmas parcel to loved ones in Australia we haven’t seen for over 2 years! It’s now 1st January and it still hasn’t been delivered, and no tracking update since it left London in 26th. Parcel co late have no clue where it is, or if and when it will ever be delivered. Total rip off and scam. Customer service completely useless. Absolutely heartless! DONT USE THIS COMPANY
