Please do not use this company. The company withdrew money without authorization from my account. The cost they quoted for the delivery was £60 which we paid online. They then claimed parcels weighed more and that there was a further cost of £136. They do not provide proof that this was the case and so they can claim ANYTHING against your order. They provide no documentation nor photographs to support their claim. Despite the supplier confirming a lower weight and us providing the proof they went on to withdraw the money from our account. There is no process for challenging their additional costs and they are aggressive in their approach. Poor service. Do not use. I'm not even sure their process is legal.
