Posted parcel on December 9th was provided with false tracking claiming attempts had been made to deliver went on for weeks unable to speak to anyone on customer service then claims parcel had been delivered.... Parcel containing Xmas presents didn't arrive for Xmas or new year... Eventuidue yo my tenacity in tracking it down we got parcel on January 3rd... Do not deal with this company they do not care about customer service at all... They offer slightly more attractive deal to draw you in but the service is appalling I've read other reviews and im appalled.. I've got off lightly as we did eventually get the parcel but not having seen my daughter for two years because of covid this parcel meant the world to us... Parcelcompare ruined this!!!!!!!!!!
