Booked a parcel, it was delivered via UPS. Two weeks later parcel compare sends me invoice to pay MORE THAN DOUBLE of the original costs because "measurements were not correct". Apparently all measurements were wrong: height, width, depth, weight. I asked them why did the curier deliver the parcel if the service booked was incorrect, I asked about proof of the measurements on curier side. Every asnwer I received was "take pictures of the measurements so we can appeal to UPS" - they want me to take the pictures of the parcel that left my house more than a month ago, and was delivered.
