Parcel was ordered via parcelcompare.com but actual carrier was DHL.
2 weeks after collection, DHL was contacted about delayed parcel, they start investigation and 3 weeks later DHL confirmed that parcel is lost.
DHL agree to issue a refund of shipping costs and compensation but only to original customer (parcelcompare).
Parcelcompare refused to make a refund because 30 days period passed since collection was made. Fact that evidence of parcel loss was confirmed only after 5 weeks after collection is ignored.
