The parcel was returned back & was charged £133 for the privilege. They stated the reason was UPS sent back because it contained "Personal effects (suitcases or personal belongings)" So how do you get anything abroad? How is a towel ever going to hurt or contaminate? So basically do not use them as you can send NOTHING at all! Emailed for an explanation, received 20 emails all saying the same, "Personal effects (suitcases or personal belongings)"no explanation, no apology nothing. Didn't even bother to read my formal complaint, just sent demands for payment. They do not care and hide behind terms that are nonsense.
