ABSOLUTE SCAM! Weighed and measured parcel exactly. Was quoted and paid for collection from UPS for £33.29. Firstly UPS did not collect, so had to take the parcel to a collection point the following day. Secondly, had a further £61.84 taken from my bank account without warning, permission or explanation. Having complained I was told it was a 'large parcel surcharge.' I submitted evidence that the size and weight were exactly as in my original quote but still can't get the additional payment back, even though this was taken fraudulently. DO NOT USE!
