never collected parcel from home so had to drive it to UPS point, then as they had not supplied digital invoices it was stuck in US customs warehouse for days & they added surcharge for ‘residential address … it wasn’t.
Been going back & forth for ages with Customer service, who do not appear to understand, be able to speak to couriers or other members of their team, or able to provide any help at all! When initially contacted them was told I needed to rebook it & still no one can tell me why it was cancelled.
Did manage to get an incorrect surcharge refunded but still do not know why they did not collect or provide ‘digital invoices’ - have lost faith that they have the resources to provide services they are promising
