No guidance, spent money got a customs invoice, receiving country didnt accept the customs invoice, asked the recipient to pay 100 euro more to release the package. Had it returned to me weeks later, I took a flight out myself and delievered the package. No monies refunded no goodwill gesture as an apology but instead send a bill for further charges as my package was 'incorrectly weighted' despite it being weighed on scales. I'm now being asked for photogrphic evidence of the weight months later event though they have taken my money and not completed any service for me. Still no sense of remorse or customer care. Currently still disputing. Hopefully I'll have some resolution and peace by 2025.
