Organised theives/criminals in my opinion. 2 months after FedEx delivered my goods, parcel compare deducted money from my bank account on account of additional weight. But FedEx confirmed that the weight given by me was correct. So my bank initiated a pre-arbitration case against them. Waiting for results. Don't give in. Fight for your case.
