Avoid at all costs. This company is a total ripoff. As a business I recently sent a parcel to USA and was quoted £340. They told me Ihad calculated the dimensions wrong and charged a further £960 on my card without asking. I mean what sort of miscalculation do dimensions could I have made to warrant the total charge changing from £340 to £1300 in total? I could have flown to the USA and hand delivered the parcel myself. Never was I asked if I wanted to proceed which of course I wouldn’t have as I have now lost all of this money on the transaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
