AWFUL experience. Driver refused collection of parcel. Reason given was that it should've been booked through Fedex UK not Fedex International (but it was booked Fedex UK, as the label clearly stated).
As a result, the next day service I booked is now arriving a day late. Company unwilling/unable to expedite the service or make amends in any way. I was told a manager would contact me to explain but 3 days later I'm still waiting to hear from them.
I'm sorry but this is meant to be a next-day service, I can't wait days for you to sort out your mess.
