Just terrible!!! The story of collecting continues from September 27 till now... I paid £107 for the parcel with my personal belongings. This parcel has been refused twice for collection - the courier stated that it was not ready but when I questioned another DPD courier who came on week late to deliver a parcel he said there was NOTHING wrong with it but didn't collect it because he didn't have my parcel in his system. The parcel that was ready for collection but wasn't taken. Then I have paid a further £12.75 for this second collection. But the second deliverer didn't collect it again . And now it's looking they want to force me to pay another £12.75... I left UK two weeks ago and now on another side of the world. My personal belongings are still on Reception of the Guest House more than some weeks. And I carry on a tedious and fruitless correspondence with Parcelcampare some weeks already...
