I would have given this company a zero if I could have. We arranged for a parcel to be returned to the manufacturer. We sent it in the same packaging it was delivered to us in from the manufacturer. UPS was the courier contracted. The goods didn't arrive. We chased and chased, and eventually, they told us the package had been damaged and disposed of. No photographic evidence, nothing. We paid additional insurance as well. Not reimbursement, not compensation, nothing, just them telling us the goods were not packaged according to THEIR specification. Complete rip off. No phone contact, no mechanism to escalate, just a brick wall from their customer service.
