Terrible, terrible company, with terrible communication. We ordered a parcel for Express Delivery, in the original packaging. We had £50 worth of insurance provided for free and confirmation that, if the parcel were delivered outside of the agreed time, we would be liable for a refund for the delivery. The parcel arrived extremely late and the package was damaged. Naturally, we claimed the insurance and delivery fee. Unfortunately, Parcel Compare lied about this. When we asked for a refund, given that it was their mistake, they referred us to their website and claimed (falsely) that they were not liable due to the vague wording. They also completely ignored our request for the delivery fee refund. We provided them with evidence, yet they denied the request erroneously. Their "Money Back Guarantee" is a scam. Do not use this company if you want your package delivered safely and on time!
