They are cheaper in the market because there is a reason behind. They will make you pay so much extra upon delivery otherwise you are not able to get your parcel. Please read all the negative reviews and you will know. I sent new year presents to my mom abroad. The stuff cost me £120 and I paid £45 delivery charges and I know the custom in my country, it should be 30-50 pounds for this item. But upon delivery they ask my mom to pay £250 customs charges and they don’t have any proof ( not a single document to prove that they pay £250 customs ) I sent them 20 emails but only got reply once that my country customs are not giving them any invoice or details that why the customs is so high, and if I want my parcel to be delivered then I have to pay £250, I told them to send me back I don’t want to pay that much towards customs, firstly they said it will cost me £122, and now they want me to pay £400 to get parcel back to uk and if I don’t pay them they will keep the parcel. Customer service is rubbish and rude. I want to abuse them a lot but I can’t do it here, hopefully you will understand my feeling. Use other services like Evri, dpd or ups they are maybe £5 to £10 expensive but at least they are proper companies not like cowboy company like them. AVOID THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO SUFFER MENTAL BREAKDOWN LIKE ME AFTER SPENDIND £120 + £45 I STILL NEED TO PAY £400 MORE, OTHERWISE THEIR MANAGERS OR TEAM LEADERS WILL DISTRIBUTE MY PARCEL TO THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO UK TRADING STANDARDS ABOUT THEIR SCAM.
