SCAM! DO NOT USE! Item was not collected.... we reported this and not untill we sent over CCTV footage on our house to prove there was no collection, was it then rebooked... again the courier never arrived for the second time.... we then had to wait for the courier to confirm they had not attempted to collect for a second time as we asked for a refund. They came up with every excuse not give us a refund. Barley any communication. Awful customer service. This is a SCAM. This all started on the 6th of January. It is now the 20th January... we have had to e mail them AGAIN as we have either been ignored or given no communication... they have now sent a credit note. If we had no contacted them again we would have never got the credit note clearly.
