Disgraceful customer service.
Paid for 48 hour delivery mid December. Parcel didn't arrive until mid Jan and ruined my gift for my new born neice.
They then took an extra payment out of my account with no notification or warning. To rub salt in the wound this the extra payment of 40% of total was for an incorrect shipping address, when i used their own website's address generator to input it. They then blamed the delay on the address being incorrect, which it was not. I send packages to that exact address all the time. We are now in February and they still haven't resolved my complaints.
