The worse company EVER!!! I've arranged a parcel to be picked up for my doorstep and the courier never showed up! I ended up using a different company and asked for a refund. It's been a week I am emailing with a dude from customer service and it looks like it is impossible to get a refund!!! Firstly he has suggested to cancel my order, when I tried to do so, it came out there is a cancellation fee! Ridiculous! After he has suggested I use their service again, so they can use my money toward the next order! I couldn't believe it! Then he has sent me some useless links with an information about cancellation. USELESS!!! It looks like they play games so people give up! I am still emailing them and i will not give up! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!
