Parcel posted on 4 July never delivered I complained they said they would investigate took 10 days to offer me £15 credit to use them again which is never going to happen - I contacted them via Twitter and they blocked me which is a pathetic excuse for customer services - parcel status currently reads claim code issued but not to me must be parcelcomapre who are not passint it on to me - it's best to pay that little bit extra for the honesty of the Post Office
