INCOMPETENT. FRAUD. AVOID. Why do I have to give them 1 star ? They don't deserve any stars at all. I made a simple booking and they totally f*cked it up. First they changed the shipper I had booked without asking. Then they failed to provide a revised tracking number, making the shipment impossible to track. Then they incorrectly entered customs value, making the value 48 times what it should be. 16 days after making a booking, the shipment has still not left the UK - should have been delivered within 5 days. They take no responsibility for their mistakes or the unauthorised changes to the booking or the delay, and have refused any compensation. Next stop my solicitor and the Small Claims Court.
