Parcelcompare certainly don't seem to care. They gave a delivery date of 23 April, their courier delivered on 28 April. The tracking was useless, never up to date, impossible to speak to customer services. A useless reply from their customer services basically giving no reasons for delay. Fedex, which they used, said it was in their contract that they could not speak to me about delivery. They cannot use Coronavirus as an excuse because they gave me the delivery date, and I might have accepted a longer delivery time had they given an honest delivery date. The tracking was so vague as to be useless. I had taken their word on delivery date and told my customer when to expect the small package. I was lucky he did not cancel order. I would have been better going direct to a courier so be warned.
