HORRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID LIKE FIRE!! ZERO STARS! After I have paid my delivery with FedEx through Parcel Compare's website, it did not warn or notify me that they can only deliver from business to business address for my destination country, and I proceeded with my order without being aware of it. Parcel Compare then failed to deliver my parcel to the correct address and then attempted to charge me over £150 for the return shipping, which ends up being 3 times more than the cost of my item. Shocking!! IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT BY PHONE. ONE NUMBER IS 'NOT RECOGNISED', ANOTHER ONE CHARGES OVER £8 PER MINUTE. If you don't want to fall for this scam and pay more for redelivery, return postage and other of their made up fees, choose a direct courier instead. I wish I read all of Parcel Compare's reviews on here and Trust Pilot. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! PARCEL COMPARE IS A FRAUD!!
