I followed all instructions, paid my invoice and expected a courier to collect my package. I waited in all day - the house was occupied all day and yet the courier failed to turn up. I sent parcelcompare various correspondence during the day and only late in the afternoon received an ambiguous message telling me the courier would attempt 3 times and then come back the next working day. Well the courier didn't attempt once! I ended up taking the package to a drop off point in the evening. This totally defeated the object of me using parcelcompare because the package was a birthday present for my sister which she will not receive now on her birthday due to the incompetence of this organisation. I doubt they will hurry to give me a refund but I will not be using their services again and I suggest you pay a little bit more for a professional and efficient service.
