Please don’t use this company! I paid extra for insurance to make sure my item was covered properly. It got damaged. I contacted them and apparently my item is excluded. When you read the exclusions list, there isn’t actually anything they do cover but they are happy to take your money! The item I sent wasn’t a cheap item so now am out of pocket! No phone number to speak to anyone!
A course in good customer service wouldn’t go amiss!
Absolutely gutted!!
