BEWARE.... It's a complete scam ! I put my trust in them, paid for their services and my parcel was delivered. about two weeks later an email arrived demanding extra payment as the parcel was 3x overweight ! I contacted the courier UPS who informed me that the weight and size of my parcel were fine. Parcel Compare say that you can appeal by holding a tape measure along side the parcel and submitting a photo to them (a month after the parcel was delivered and the packaging destroyed! Money will be taken from my PayPal account within 5 days ! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH PARCEL COMPARE !
