WORST COURIER EVER.... I paid £10 to ship a parcel based on the quote from there site. goods got lost for 2 weeks and I was told to claim for the loss..... despite the tracking showing that the goods were not delivered, my honest customer told me that the goods had eventually arrived over 2 weeks late. Finally almost 4 weeks later they took £48 out of my paypal account as a "surcharge", claiming that the package was 2kg heavier than stated.. I asked for evidence of this and they have been unable to provide it.
