They will now attempt for a 3rd time to deliver my parcel. The first time, the driver couldn't find my address. The second time, the driver qualified my premises as empty, despite the fact I was here all day. No phone calls, card left or any notifications whatsoever. I thought I would redirect my parcel to a Post Office but the only options they give are for locations miles away from my flat, despite the fact I live at a 5 min walk from one. Plus, the Post Office option would mean 3 more days to wait.
So here I am, booking again for a delivery at mine, hoping that the driver will A. find my flat (which is his main task) and B. knock on my door
My parcel contains food, so most of it will go straight to the bin.
I am absolutely fuming. They are awfully rated and I do know why now. In the future, I will avoid any business that uses Parcel Force.
