My mom sent me a package from Germany to London in SEPTEMBER 2020! I was not at home when the package arrived here in London. The driver DID NOT leave a note for me, saying that my package had arrived and where to pick it up. So the package was sitting at some depot for 10 days before it was returned to Germany.
SAME THIS THERE! My mom DID NOT get a not saying that the package arrived and where she had to pick it up.
NOW! The package completely disappeared:
So rude! So poor! They don't know how to run this company, neither they know how to set up a friendly and efficient customer service department!
Further, I sent an email in which I claimed compensation - no reply!
This is not only unprofessional, rude and absolutely ignorant dealing with your customers values - this is crime! It's a shame and a disgrace reflecting in most of your customer reviews!
