Absolutely abysmal service!!! Arranged for a parcel to be collected over a week ago and NO DRIVER TURNS UP. I've spoken to the online help 7 times now each time they promise it will be collected the next day and promise to upgrade my service. STILL NO DRIVER AGAIN! I've asked to speak to someone in charge but apparently they don't have anyone in charge or any phone number to complain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Just to add after speaking to a supervisor tonight apparently the guaranteed delivery doesn't mean the delivery is guaranteed it actually means if your parcel is not delivered at the right time they will give you your money back. Not sure if that is false advertising or just plain fraud either way it's not a great business ethic to work to.
