My parcel went from Nashville to Heathrow via Miami quicker than it travelled from Coventry to Nuneaton (10 miles). They contacted me to say it would be delivered between 11.40 & 12.40 today - no sign!!
Tracked the package on line to be told it is between 7 am & 7 pm. Why text me to say otherwise? We have waited in on the basis of their text.
