The WORST service EVER! I went to pick up a shipment from Parcelforce East Depot in London. The first employee, short with blond hair, was very rude. She said my package was at the depot, but there was a set delivery date on Monday (today is Saturday!). So I have to wait another two days. And she couldn't give me my parcels, even though he was with them! I asked to speak to a manager. The clerk said the manager told her to find and give me my box now. What is this manager that did not want to show his face and speak with a customer? Half an hour later, the little clerk returned and said they could not find my parcels. I'll probably pick it up on Monday. Very rude, looking with evil eyes, without any smiles. And the second employee, tall with black hair, was struggling to work. For 30 minutes, she did not smile at any client! And one of the employees in the depot came and began to touch her waist and down.
