Paid for next day delivery to an elderly relative and at 9pm on the day of delivery the package still hadn't arrived. This has caused so much stress and confusion for my elderly relative who has memory issues and who waited by their front door since lunch time for delivery.
I am shocked that there are no contact details to speak to someone and the tracking service is abysmal. It has shown that the package is in the central hub all day.
I thought that I would be able to trust a service related to Royal Mail but what a let down. I definitely will NOT be using this service again. I will be applying for a full refund because there were time critical events scheduled around delivery today.
