I waited at home all morning, then receiving a text saying
'We attempted to deliver your parcel on Thursday 10th December 2020 at 11:34 but no one was available. Your parcel will either have been taken to a local Post Office for the addressee to collect or returned to our depot. Your parcel status will be updated here and our driver will have left a card explaining what to do next'.
But the driver never rang the bell and didn’t leave a card, so I don’t know what to do next.
There’s no customer service to talk to. This service is appalling.
