I sent my mother a parcel for xmas and realised when I went to check on it that the lady in the post office had put the wrong door number on the receipt. I called Parcelforce customer service and explained that my 82 year old mother wouldn't be able to go knocking on doors to try and get her parcel (it was heavy and because of covid) and could they help. The woman I spoke to (I didnt get her name unfortunately) took my details and sent an email to the delivery office in my mothers area (Medway Kent) in the hope they would delivery it to correct address. The next day I spoke to the delivery office (chloe at Medway) and again explained everything and she confirmed they had received the email but also sent the driver a message giving the correct address. The parcel was delivered the same day with the driver (shaun) even pushing the heavy parcel into my mothers house so she wouldn't have to move it on her own. All three of these people were outstanding in their customer service, I can't praise them enough. I can't see my mother because of covid so this made a big difference to both of us. Thank you again.
