My parcel was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. (from UK to Italy). I sent my box on the 15th of January and it hasn't been delivered yet (today is the 7th of January).
It arrived at the parcel center in Italy (GLS courier) on the 21st of December then it got lost and two days ago they finally found it in one of their centers.
The tracking page now says they tried to deliver it today but no one was there.
Actually, the receiver was at home and they didn't even leave the card in the mailbox.
This service is ridiculous.
