I sent a parcel to China and I paid for the express delivery service costing £90.52 and 32 days later it was still at the Coventry depot I phoned lots and lots of times about the parcel and I kept getting past around from depot to depot and no one seemed to know what was going on and finally found out that the parcel was lost I was told to bear with them and they would phone me back I was told this three times by three different people and two weeks later I still haven't heard anything. Please for your own sanity don't use this company I am fed up with contacting them
