Posted a parcel Express Delivery to Germany on 21 December. Paid over £70 for it to be delivered before Christmas. It never left the UK but was returned to us today (14 January) with a note saying the addressee had refused delivery. I have already filled in a complaint form for late delivery (having already spoken to their rude customer services). No response to this complaint and no way to update the complaint once submitted.
Don’t use Parcelforce.
