Parcelforce now hit the bottom... Delivery was requested for tomorrow 21st Jan, but supposedly attempted delivery today whilst I was actually sitting 10 feet from front door! Guess what, lie number one. Then told that a crd was put through the door with information about me collecting it, lie number two. This is the third time Parcelforce has tried this trick on me, causing one parcel to be returned to supplier, because no information was put through letter box. Contacted Parcelforce, a great waste of time because it is actually just a link number with no people to deal with, so left with only one option, a complaint. However, I must state that our local Postie always gets it right everytime, year in year out. So why can't parcelforce? If you are thinking of using this company, I would suggest you be very careful, in case you come across the same problems I have. It is worth asking the shop you are buying from who do they use. Perhaps even pay an extra pound to get a more expensive and reliable deliverer.
