Items marked "fragile" arrived in pieces. The damage to the corners of outer cardboard box was far more than could occur by having accidentally dropped it. Clearly, the box was thrown deliberately against a wall or the ground. No doubt the 'handler' found the resulting rattle of the pieces amusing.
