I am expecting a parcel since Friday.
As per the tracking history delivery was attempted twice (no email or text message received and I did not even know the parcel was handed to Parcel Force if I had not contacted DHL) and a post card was left. I was always at home, none came and no post card was left.
I phoned yesterday and asked to deliver my parcel to local post office and again this morning delivery was attempted. I called up and someone was going to investigate. I received a voice message saying to call back to re-arrange a delivery because post office was closed. When I called back I was told to call later because the parcel was not at the depot. I called back and I was told "the driver has changed route but no worries, you will receive it today" without even listening what happened and when I said "I was given a different information" the answer was "well, this is the information I am giving to you now" in a very rude way.
I am very disappointed, I understand delays can happen but you should train your team to find solutions, rather then giving rude answers. This is very poor customer service, it is ridiculous, very disappointed.
