was sent 2 packages by my ex-wife from the US. Both have arrived 5o the UK by October 20th.
One of them is an artwork, for which I supposed to receive some paperwork, but I never did. I have called in several times, spent over 4 hrs on the phone , was promised multiple times to be called back, which I never was. Your people have provided me with inaccurate information, which has resulted in thw parcels being sent back. Other than the 1 letter I received from Sarah Rawlins, I have received no apology, no follow up whatsoever. Your employees have made empty promises, and it has cost me money and time. Your effort to reimburse me is a drop in the ocean. I need to contact my ex-wife and aske her a favor because you are unable to follow up on your promises? I am going g to have to ask her to send resent wh packages foem thw US to the UK? Who is going to pay for that? I have been working in a customer service environment for over a decade- never in my life I have experienced such a lack of care about resolving an issue. This is ridiculous. It has been 4 months and none of my packages are here. How can you operate a business with people who don't know what they are talking about and
clearly they don't care to follow up? Shame on you. I will make sure to file this complaint on every single platform I find and will take this as far as possible. I appalled by how you conduct business
