A lot of what I wanted to say is exactly as others have experienced. It has been over 4 months and PF are demanding proof of purchase before allowing compensation. In fact they mention Amazon and eBay. Only some of the goods we sent came from there. So are they saying without a receipt they won't refund? I have so far spent over 7 hours trying to deal with them. Unless you intend to write a book about their "Service" I would suggest, like others have, that you avoid like the plague. What is worse is they give you a false reassurance upon your first call to them about how efficient they are at getting to the root of the problem. I'd say the root is lack of control over the process plus thieves within the organisation...
