Really bad service from Parcel Force.
I won't leave the parcel at home if no one is there, (do they think everyone has to be home waiting for parcels?)
Then if you ask to re-deliver Saturday they will charge you £12
I think they are cashing in by not leaving the parcels and forcing people to pay when you at home.
