Sent out my parcel since March and as at today 11may recipient have not recieved anything. You cant reach parcelforce on phone, they keep making promises and yet nothing. We have asked them to return to sender and they have told us to wait for another 3weeks.
My advice, dont ever consider using parcelforce for international delivery or any delivery at all. They are slow, liars and not reliable. They will leave you regretting ever contacting them.
