I have been waiting for a parcel for a week to be told that my item has been returned to the depot because of an insufficient address.
Chase them many times on the phone they couldn't give a flying toss about us.
Decided to go to the depot and somehow managed to pick up the item
Lost time, wasted my energy for a bunch of useless, inconsiderate stupid arrogant idiots!!!!
