My parcel was out for delivery on a van with a named driver, (according to their tracker service) on the 1st June 2021 then again on the 2nd it is now the 3rd. The service is meant to be Parcelforce 24? I have spoken to a person called Mark at the Bristol Depot, who could not explain why there is a delay, only to say it might be damaged or the driver may have run out of time? However the time slot they informed me was 11.45 to 12.45 and on both the 1st and 2nd June a Parcelgorce van drove past my house with deliveries to other houses nearby? If my supplier had used either Hermes or DPD my important parcel would have been here on the 1st and within the time slot I had been allocated? As an ex Postmaster I am especially disappointed by this poor service.
