Parcel was out for delivery and a card was apparently left but never received anything. I contacted customer service, they advised would attempt delivery the following working day, I told them no one would be available and asked for it to go direct to my local post office for collection Tracking said was out for delivery with an estimated time, again no calling card was left and now back at depot with a delivery attempt or my wishes followed. Going onto day 3 for delivery again noone will be home (reluctant to ask someone to be in if they don’t bother showing up) let’s see what happens then. I’m not holding out much hope now of receiving it and it being returned to sender.
