WORST PARCEL DELIVERY SERVICE. They do not notify you when your parcel can no long be delivered. They leave you sitting at home waiting for the parcel that is supposedly “out for delivery” and just don’t turn up. Paying for next day delivery is a waste of money as they said themselves on the phone that they have too many parcels to deliver. Would be a good idea to hire more staff perhaps??!!! Disgusting service - BEWARE. Use Hermes, Royal Mail or anything other than Parcelforce. Absolutely terrible. Horrid service. They also hold your parcel hostage even when they cannot deliver it. Truly terrible. North west London area please don’t use this service. Beware. If you don’t want your parcel delivered then this is the delivery company for you.
